The Club

Pyhä Birman Kissa, Sacred Birmans in Finland ry was founded in 1991, but the club started its activities in 1981 as a breed council operating under SUROK, a Finnish cat association. The aims and objects of the club's activities are to promote a greater interest in a better knowledge of sacred birmans, advise its members of high standards in breeding, and also to arrange social events for the members. The club is the only sacred birman breed club in Finland . At the moment there are some 700 members in the club. The club is affiliated to SRK, a member of FIFe in Finland .
